Dear visitor, welcome to our forum!

General about the work of our organization

We are a publicly recognized non-profit organization - without any political interests - with currently 120 members from many countries.

In our forum we lend assistance, together with many studious helpers, in all questions around the search of missed relatives from the time of world war II.

Mainly we are active in search / localization of previously unknown graves of war deads, to recover them and to take care for a worthy restingplace.
In this case we work closely with the Volksbund Deutsche KriegsgrÃ¤berfÃ¼rsorge.

We maintain wargraves of fallen soldiers from different nations on some municipal german cemeteries.

We fight against graverobbery and the purchase of Id-tags and personal things of fallen / missed soldiers- for example about ebay.

We transfer the missing persons picture lists (Vermisstenbildlisten) - which were created by the german red cross after the end of the world war II- in digital files.

And much more- per example the search of german fathers from french warchilds

Our entire work is a honorary work, we are working without pay and we rely on donations.
